A New Year Held with Intention
January 8, 2026
God is preparing His people — and I believe these two themes will mark 2026 in a powerful way.
#1: God Is Rewarding Faithfulness
There are things you did that nobody saw.
You stayed when it would’ve been easier to leave.
You obeyed when your emotions wanted to quit.
You prayed when it felt like nothing was changing
And maybe there were moments you wondered: “Did any of this even matter?”
Heaven’s answer is YES.
Hidden faithfulness is about to become visible fruit.
• Seeds planted in tears are coming up in rejoicing.
• Quiet obedience is becoming public breakthrough.
• Private sacrifices are becoming open reward.
Nothing has been wasted.
Not one prayer.
Not one decision.
Not one act of obedience.
Jesus said: “Your Father who sees in secret will reward you openly.”
(Matthew 6:4)
2026 will expose what heaven already knew about you: You were faithful and God noticed.
#2: God Is Healing How You See the Future
For many, the past few years have carried disappointment, sudden loss, and spiritual fatigue. Even when God spoke promise, fear whispered:
• “What if it doesn’t work?
• “What if it happens again?”
Trauma can quietly shape expectation.
Pain can become a lens.
But the Lord is saying: “I am healing the lens.”
In 2026:
• Prophetic imagination will be restored.
• You will dream again without fear of disappointment.
• Hope will rise without the shadow of anxiety.
• You will expect goodness — not disaster.
God is breaking anxious forecasting off His people and restoring divine expectation. This will be the year where you stop bracing yourself for impact and start preparing for harvest.
